Additive Manufacturing Days 2026
Robotic laser cladding for the production or repair of parts and molds
- March 17th 2026 | from 9:30 AM | in Kurim
Laser cladding
on a robot
We invite you to another professional seminar from the Additive Manufacturing Days series, where we will show you how modern additive technologies can be used to efficiently manufacture and repair large metal parts without compromise.
The Meltio Engine integration kit allows the robotic arm to clad individual layers of welding wire, creating parts without size limitations, making it the ideal choice for the efficient production of near-net shape parts from advanced materials such as nickel, copper, and titanium alloys, repairs of large parts and moulds, and cladding onto existing components.
The Meltio Engine is compatible with robotic arms and environments from any manufacturer. Meltio Space is a program for quickly and intuitively creating individual prints, and it works best with ABB, Kuka, Fanuc, Yaskawa, and Siemens robots.
Discover the advantages and possibilities of Wire-Laser Metal Deposition technology. In addition to the standalone Meltio Engine head, which can be integrated into CNC machines or industrial robotic arms, we will also introduce you to the Meltio M600, a standalone device for the additive manufacturing of near-net shapes and end-use parts.
